David Bentley
David Bentley is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years experience in construction management. He was Business Development Director for Monk Building and Civil Engineering and then Business Director for the Government’s Yorkshire and Humber regional development agency.
In the mid 1990s, as the internet was emerging, he swapped ‘real building’ for ‘virtual building’ and founded NetConstruct. His company is now a full service digital agency with over 150 clients and a string of awards for innovation in digital marketing, online video and web over mobile.
Not surprisingly given David’s background, NetConstruct has a number of construction, building materials and social housing clients. Elsewhere NetConstruct runs the e-commerce sites for Cadburys and Green & Blacks, and is the largest provider of online gift card and voucher services for UK high street retailers.
David is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Strategic Planning Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Construction Industry Group.
