I am a Chartered marketer and have been a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Construction Industry Group (CIMCIG) for around 14 years. In October 2006 I became it’s the chairman of the organising committee.
I have worked within sales and marketing within the construction industry for 26 years, starting out at as a management trainee in the scaffolding sector. After 6 years of scaffolding hire and sales I moved onto building materials including architectural ironmongery, flat roofing and aircrete building products. I now work at insulation manufacturer Rockwool.
