Cliff Jones
Cliff is a member of the Senior Management Team within the ProCure21 team at the Dept of Health. This has included involvement the development and implementation of ProCure21 - an initiative aimed at improving the capital procurement performance within the NHS
He has responsibility for areas including the P21 National Framework Agreement and the associated P21 Scheme Contract (NEC Option C). He has responsibility for areas such as Contract matters (i.e. Framework Agreement and NEC Scheme Contract), Best Client and Training.
He chairs the Financial and Commercial Working Group with Principal Supply Chain Partners under the current P21 National Framework. Cliff is also an active member of the Constructing Excellence West Yorkshire Steering Group and a board member of the Construction Clients Group at Constructing Excellence.
